Life-long friends, Tyler Colgan and Lesly Simon are the talent and personality behind Colgan Simon. After collaborating on personal design projects, Tyler and Lesly realized their unique value in creating modern, livable, and luxurious spaces, while also paying careful attention to the business side of each project. They believe their clients’ homes should be beautiful, comfortable and personal, and that each home purchase and project should be executed according to the determined schedule and fund allocation. Both Tyler and Lesly bring their individual expertise to every project in the fulfillment of this purpose.

Tyler Colgan
Drawn to color and texture, Tyler Colgan’s life as an interior designer and artist has created a love of approachable design and modern style. After attending graduate school at UCLA and obtaining her degree in Interior and Environmental Design, Tyler apprenticed under some of the most notable designers in the industry before launching her own firm. Over two decades later and with an artful and expansive portfolio, Tyler leads the creative side of Colgan Simon. She is an interior designer specializing in construction integration, space planning, and overall design. Tyler and her architect husband, David, live in Northwest Florida with their two daughters.

Lesly Simon
With over 25 years of experience as an executive in the music industry, Lesly Simon is acutely aware of the importance of managing the business aspects of a creative project. As Colgan Simon’s finance and logistics lead, Lesly works closely with Tyler to build trust and cohesion throughout every creative project. In 2020, Lesly launched the residential real estate arm of Colgan Simon and quickly became one of the leading luxury property specialists in the area. Lesly’s passion for the design process and her attention to detail are the foundation for Colgan Simon’s project execution. Her acumen allows Colgan Simon to work with ease and efficiency in each stage of purchasing, planning, construction, design, and implementation. Lesly and her husband, Robert, live between their homes in Alys Beach and Birmingham.
